The REELSTRONG UF UNIVERSAL Mobile P-Line Puller is a 100% self-contained DIRECT DRIVE (no chain and sprockets to maintain) overhead/ underground pulling system, accepting all major pilot line controller systems. This unit consolidates your fleet and tool equipment into a compact, time/money saving 1/2 ton towable package. The dual purpose reel winch hydraulically rotates on a turret, whereas the turret mechanism lines up the work and "level winds" as one mechanical assembly allowing for safe, convenient directional control of rope (or direct to the conductor) from any 180 degree angle in tight spots in one consolidated package. The reel lift crane is controlled by a tethered remote pendant keeping the operator safely away from the rotating crane. The "hydraulic traversing" (non free-sliding) winch prevents the possibility of a runaway winch on uneven terrain further protecting the operator.
